Arsenal looking to add second German international defender

According to reports from Germany, Arsenal are keen on the 22-year-old who has the ability to play at either left-back or in central defence.

The Gunners have already brought in Per Mertesacker from the Bundesliga and Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is likely to consult the former Werder Bremen man about Badstuber.

Badstuber is tied down to a long-term deal at Bayern meaning a fee of around £10m or more could be needed for Arsenal to get their man.
